Crop Manager

In this role, you will be expected to care for optimizing the crop production and health in the 13 acre orchard. This would include pruning, spray applications, fertilization, fence and trellis maintenance, soil testing, and overseeing the harvest.  A bonus would be to find someone who can do maintenance on the tractors and other orchard assets.  Additionally, a candidate who has experience with sweet corn,  grains, and sunflowers, squash and pumpkins as well as some of the other popular vegetables such as carrots and beans would be fantastic.

Ideally, the candidate is a good communicator and could work well with our retail stand manager, effectively communicating expected harvest dates and amounts etc.
